Today, Thursday, November 14th is the official Signing Ceremony between Durham, NC and Kunshan, China.  Reception with light refreshments and ceremony held Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC) from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.  All are welcome to celebrate our international connections. If you registered, thank you but please feel free to attend if your schedule permits.

Parking at the American Tobacco and DPAC campus couldn't be easier - choose from 3 parking garages within easy walking distance.  You will have to use the parking kiosk before leaving the garage to register your vehicle as parked in the garage; do this before you leave the garage for the event but the first two hours of parking are free.  Use this link to learn more.

Free and open to the public. The evening event will be from 5:30 to 7:30pm and will be held at the Durham Arts Council.  ​
